(The non-perishable or freezer friendly items, I try to keep "in-stock" and check inventory on every week before I shop. The perishable or non-freezer friendly items I pretty much shop for every week, but the list doesn't change much - making grocery shopping simple even without a list!)

Proteins for the week - usually 4-5 (chicken breast, chicken thighs, grass-fed ground beed, salmon, shrimp, etc.)
