MUST HAVE GROCERY ITEMS

Other Items

(The non-perishable or freezer friendly items, I try to keep "in-stock" and check inventory on every week before I shop. The perishable or non-freezer friendly items I pretty much shop for every week, but the list doesn't change much - making grocery shopping simple even without a list!)

Perishable Items
  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • Proteins for the week - usually 4-5 (chicken breast, chicken thighs, grass-fed ground beed, salmon, shrimp, etc.)

  • Eggs (organic if possible)

  • Nut Pods (dairy-free creamer, available in numerous flavors) also sold online! Use code @foodfitnessandmomlife for a discount if you want to try it out!

  • 3 fruits (usually bananas + 2 in season fruits

  • Kale (organic whenever possible)

  • Spinach or mixed greens (organic when possible)

  • 2 +/- fresh veggies (I try to change it up depending on what is in season)

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Sweet potatoes

  • onions

  • Peppers / Mushrooms (sometimes)

Freezer Friendly or Non-Perishable Items â€‹â€‹

  • 5 -6 bags frozen veggies (depending on what we have in freezer)
