A guacamole dip recipe you’ll feel (extra) good about eating! If you love avocados/guac as much as I do, try this out! Best of all..its paleo and whole30 friendly and filled with veggies - triple WIN in my book! This protein packed snack recipe is perfect for eating with sliced veggies (I usually go for bell peppers or zucchini) or for topping just about everything.

Recipe Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
Diced tomatoes (optional)
Diced onion (optional)
Juice from half a lemon or lime (I always have lemons so that’s what I use!)
Garlic powder /roasted garlic (my fave!)
Onion powder
Cilantro
Sea salt + black pepper to taste
1-3 T. Nutritional yeast (optional but highly suggested! Gives it a cheesy flavor and nutritional boost)
1 scoop Collagen protein (optional - gives you protein and boosts skin, hair and nail health among many other benefits!)
red pepper or jalapeño if you like a little spice (I usually skip this)
The Process
Chop any veggies you choose to use (tomatoes, onions, etc.)
Mash avocados and mix the remaining ingredients in by hand or put in blender (I use my @vitamix)
Serve with veggies for Keto, Paleo or Whole30, or with my other fave, Siete Foods Chips!👌🏼
